How long will it take for my fabric to ship?
We pride ourselves on quick turnaround times. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During major sales or collection launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our fabrics worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
Can I return fabric if I change my mind?
Because fabric is cut to your specific order requirements, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or if there was an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Is the fabric sold by the yard or the half-yard?
Most of our fabrics are sold in half-yard increments unless otherwise stated in the product description. If you order multiple quantities of the same fabric, it will be sent as one continuous cut.
Do you offer color matching services?
While we strive to photograph our fabrics in natural light for accuracy, screen settings can vary. If you are looking for a specific match for a project, feel free to email us and we can recommend coordinating solids or basics.
